Key Configurations:
1. Pulse Jet System: responsible for cleaning the filter bags by periodically releasing high-pressure bursts of compressed air.This dislodges accumulated dust from the bag surfaces, maintaining filtration efficiency.
2. Dust Inlet: entry point for dust-laden air into the filter. It directs the airflow to ensure uniform distribution across the filter bags
3. Lower Box (Dust Hopper) & Unloader: collects dislodged dust after cleaning. The unloader (e.g., rotary valve or screw conveyor)
discharges the accumulated dust for disposal or recycling.
4. Upper Box (Purification Chamber):houses the filter bags and serves as the purification chamber where dust is separated from the air.
3.Centrifugal Fan:generates the airflow required to draw dust-laden air into the system and expel purified air through the stack.

Working principle of bag filter dust collector:

1. Dust-Laden Air Inlet
Dust-laden air enters the dust collector through the air inlet and is directed into the hopper or filter chamber. Larger and heavier particles settle into the hopper by gravity, while finer dust particles move upward toward the filter bags.2. Filtration
As the air passes through the filter bags, dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the bags. Clean air passes through the filter media and enters the clean-air chamber.3. Clean Air Discharge
The filtered clean air flows into the clean-air plenum and is discharged through the outlet duct by the induced draft fan, meeting environmental emission standards.4. Pulse Jet Cleaning
As dust accumulates on the filter bags, the pressure difference increases. The pulse jet cleaning system automatically injects compressed air into the filter bags, causing them to expand instantly and shake off the accumulated dust.5. Dust Collection & Discharge
The removed dust falls into the hopper and is continuously discharged through the rotary airlock valve, screw conveyor, or other dust discharge device, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
