Product DescriptionDesulfurization Tower and Kiln Furnace EquipmentThis Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) Tower is a core environmental protection auxiliary equipment exclusively designed for brick sintering kilns, specially developed to treat high-temperature flue gas generated during the firing process of red fired bricks, shale bricks, gangue bricks and other sintered brick production. Its primary function is to effectively remove sulfur dioxide (SO2) from the flue gas, and it can also synergistically eliminate partial dust and sulfides in the flue gas. The FGD Tower is usually connected with brick kiln main body, induced draft fan, dust removal equipment and flue gas exhaust system to form a complete flue gas treatment line of brick factory. It removes SO2 from flue gas through professional chemical and physical reactions, with a desulfurization efficiency of over 85% (meeting the national mandatory standard of ≥80%), effectively reducing air pollution such as acid rain caused by sulfur dioxide emission.

2. Common Processes
Limestone-gypsum method, dual-alkali method, sodium alkali method, ammonia method, magnesium method.
3. Operating pH Range
Generally controlled at 5.5–8.5, adjusted slightly according to the process.
4. Low Desulfurization Efficiency
Insufficient desulfurizer, abnormal pH, clogged nozzles, insufficient spraying, excessive flue gas, poor gas-liquid contact.
